Rumeshkhan County (Persian: شهرستان رومشکان) is a county in
Lorestan Province,
Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 38,701, in 7,423 families.[1] The County has one city: Chaqabol.
The county is subdivided into five districts: Central District and Suri District.
