Hoveyzeh County (Persian: شهرستان هویزه, Arabic:مقاطعة الحویزة) is a county in khuzestan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Hoveyzeh. It was separated from Dasht-e-Azadegan County in 2008.
At the 2006 census, the county's population was 30,750, in 5,417 families. The county is subdivided into two districts: the Central District and Neysan District.
The county has two cities: Hoveyzeh and Rafi.
Hoveyzeh is located near the border with Iraq. Iranian Arabs make the majority of its population. The Hoveizeh region is rich in oil and is an agricultural area.
The city sustained heavy casualties and ubiquitous damage during the Iran-Iraq war.
