Estahban County is a county in Fars Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Estahban. At the 2006 census, the county's population was 66,391, in 16,606 families.

Estahban has been the most famous provider of figs to the world. It is also one of the biggest producers of Saffron.
Its original name Estahbanat was changed to Estahban in 1970.
