Maneh and Samalqan County (Persian: شهرستان مانه و سملقان – Maneh va Samalqan) is a county in North Khorasan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Ashkhaneh.
At the 2006 census, the county's population was 91,884, in 23,040 families. The county has three districts: Central District, Maneh District, and Samalqan District.
The county has three cities: Ashkhaneh, Pish Qaleh, and Qazi.
