Kavoosieh is the name of one of the districts of Ghods city (in Tehran).
Kavoosieh has an ancient hill called Tape Kavoosieh dating back to the third millennium BC.
It is located in Tehran, Ghods Township, Ghods city, at the end of Kavoosie Blvd and inside the Mahan Garden.
In illegal excavations into this hill, the coffin of a mummified man was found that later Iran’s cultural heritage could get the remnant of it.
