In Iran, sharbat is often made from aromatic flowers rather than just fruit which produces and exports to other parts of Iran those flower extracts (called ‘araq - perspiration).
Some of the flowers are Bahar narenj (orange blossoms), bidmeshk (Egyptian or musk-willow) and kâsnî (chicory).
Traditional Iranian syrups made by distilled herbs:
Bidmeshk syrup - Nana (Mint) - Bidmeshk (Pussy willow) -Baharnarenj (Orange blossom) - Badranj (Lemon balm)

Bidmeshk there is in many countray and also in Iran and distributed in
many parts of Iran especially in Urmia, North West of Iran.
