Some sources cite a 700years old antiquity for this village and range of this village in safavid period,was hunting territory of local rulers.
This village has 13 historic monument which 7 of them has been recorded national relic. The climate is mild in summerand cold in winter,shur river flows in south of village.
Shah valley or pirouzi valley considered as one of the worthwhile recreation and tourist spots. Many springs flow in village and surrounding spring is a perfect space for leisure.
Yousef khan castle remains,pudeh old market,oil extraction workshop relics,village historic mosque and stone pulpit which related to safavid period are some of that kind.
