Sweet Paste of Karak
The necessary materials for making sweet paste of karak: One kilo karak, fresh dates 300 grams, flour of rice 300 grams, solved Saffron one glass, oil 150 grams, cardamoms powder one tea spoon.
This sweet paste used in Jahrom and is one of the local and traditional sweet paste in Jahrom. You can pour some oil in bowl and add flour of rice to it and heat it.
After that you can add karak to your materials and mix together. Then you can add fresh dates and mix with materials completely. You should pour Saffron and cardamoms on the sweet paste in this process.
You can keep this sweet pasta for a long time.
