Shahreza historical bazaar is one of the old and big bazars from Saljughi period which has been expended largely and beautifully in the heart of the old fabric of the city over the past centuries.
This palce has some caravansaries (inn) and old places. At the center of the city you can see Chaharsoogh with a brick dome over it that is one of the historic monuments of the city.
Architectural type of bazaar is taken from Saljooghy's architecture with long and wide arches. Old chambers and caravansaries make this ancient site more beautiful and glorious.
At the beginning of the bazaar, Shahreza Jami Mosque and a nave with domed arches made a valuable and holy place for Merchants and passers.
Shahreza bazaar is composed of different parts such as dairy sellers’ marketplace, coppersmiths’ marketplace, Nokhodchiberizha marketplace and so on.
There are also some Saghakhanes along the market that are built for thirsty passers in different seasons.
