At a distance of 15 km of the northwest of Assad Abad city, in the valleys of the western part of the Monfared Almabelagh Mountain which is one of the mountainous, snowy and impassable terrain; remains of dam and historical inscription have been found.
This place is located in parallel strait and snowy peaks. This dam was built during the Safavid era on a part of Darband Rood River and it has been destructed with the passage of time, but the inscription on the rock mountain remains.
The text engraved on the slate is written in Sols handwriting also it is engraved prominently. A notable feature of this monument is its Sols handwriting.
