Sheikh Youssef Sarvestani’s tomb belongs to 7th century AH that is situated at the main square of Sarvestan Township in Fars province. The monument consists of two four-arched with rocky columns that are carved delicately.
There is a gravestone related to Sheikh Youssef in the center of main four- arched; there is written the name of deceased and its Date, next to it is another gravestone with the name of Mohammad the son of Hassan Ali Albizavi.
From the architectural point, this building dates back to patriarch era and its ornaments are taken from the common ornaments of the era.
In fact its architecture is the same as architecture of Sassanid era and the way of its masonry is the same as Jami Mosque Of Atigh in shiraz. Its main importance element in regard with ornaments is its carvings; the main decorative carvings consist of some inscriptions written in Kufic, Naskh, Sols and arabesque traceries.
