Arsanjan Jami Mosque is located on Sadie Boulevard of Arsanjan and is one of the most important Jami mosques of Fars that belongs to Safavid era. This site has two porticoes, the nave or the southern portico placed especial importance on this site.
There are two naves located at the south and east sides of mosque. Their roofs are covered with a small dome; these domes are based upon the thick brick pillars.
Brick is the most important material for the structure of this site. The arches over the strong pillars are the main architectural technique in this mosque.
The architect has tried to create a false arch in the interior walls of the nave and different sides of the north and south porticoes to drive out the uniformity of the walls and bring a specific coordination between different parts.
The portal of the mosque is located at the northwest corner and now by making an entrance door in the southwest corner worshipers enter the mosque.
