Bard Neshande temple is the oldest open-roof temple of Iran which is located at the distance of 15 km of Soleiman mosque. This temple is related to Achamenian era, temples were open-roof in Achamenian era.
The first roofed temple was built in Second Ardeshir's time. Bard Neshande temple is one the Achamanian temples which were located in open yard. This temple has a length of 700 m and a width of 2500 m.
This vast and long complex is not limited by any walls. This area consists of three parts: palace, residence of president, holy bed or chapel and a parish on north side.
