Ghalishoyan ceremony Ghalishoyan ceremony is representation of sultan ali ibn mohammad baqer martyrdom in the year 113 AH in Mashhad ardehal region and it’s funeral by finn Kashan residents which carry on in a day between 9 to 15 of December that known as ghalishoyan ceremony.
This ceremony starts after the preachers words,one of the elders or spiritual people from finn Kashan dedicate the charity which gathered from finn pople to the head servants of shrine and asked to bring him special Carpet of shrine.
Young people spinning a wood in the sky and hold Carpet and they carry it to their water source(fountain). After washing ritual,put the Carpet to their shoulders again and take it to finn’s courtyard or sardar(commander) courtyard.
Funeral and burial of the prophet is done by fin Kashan residents,while they haold wood in hand to support him and ghalishoyan ceremony is representing that event.
