Ingredients Amount
Wheat Flour 500 gr.
Walnut 100 gr.
Yeast 5 gr.
Water 200 ml.
Sesame 50 gr.
Oil 10 gr.
Recipe:
1- Mix the yeast with lukewarm water and use it after it puffs.
2- Add the yeast to the wheat flour and massage it for at least 20 minutes.
3- Put the dough on a fabric so that the dough puffs enough after a while.
4- Cut the dough into pieces and add some walnut in the slices and massage them again to be dense enough for baking.
5- Flatten the slices of dough with roller pin.
6- Provide cornels to bake the slices of dough inside the furnace.
7- Pour some sesame seeds on the slices and stick them on the wall of furnace.
8- Take out the slices when they get brown, which shows they are baked and ready to eat.
