Khoram Shahr's congregation is located at the central part of city and in the corner of Enghelab square. Because Islamic fighters have made a victory celebration in this mosque after conquering Khoram Shahr and repossessing it from enemies, this mosque became an everlasting work in resistance history of Iran.
Khoram Shahr's congregation is built by brick and mud its roof also is made of wooden pillars .After a while since mosque's location was next to the great river(Chasebi river) which is one of the branches of Arvand Rod river, this mosque started to be called with this name: Lab Shakhe mosque.
