Garin Mountains are one of important west mountains of Iran; the most important area is in the northern part of Hamadan province and Kermanshah. There are a lot of rivers at the foot of these mountains, drinking water for Boroujerd and also water of agriculture in Silakhor plain comes from this rivers.
Vanai a summer village is at the foot of these mountains. There are bears, hyenas, wolves and foxes in this mountain and also there have been leopards in the past.
