Stony castle of Bash Ghurtaran is located at distance of 1.5 km in south side of Bash Ghurtaran village in Shirin Su section which is one of Kabodar Ahang's functions.
From top of this castle you can monitor a wide range of valleys, plains and mountains surrounding the area.This castle are similar to Ismaili's fortress.
This castle with defensive and fortified walls is like fortress which fits its bed rock. The result of recent excavations at the monument discovered 6 residential area of castle.
Each of these areas has their own properties.
