Alan-e Sofla village is located in flower hill section of Kabodar Ahang northwest of Hamedan.It is close to Alisadr cave. Salty stream of Hamedan that goes into the White River and eventually empties into the sea khazar passes through the village.
Natural caves in the villages and flatly structures are the unique natural attractions of the area. There is a mountain like helmet in Alan-e Sofla village which is very picturesque.
People believed there is a four tail serpent in this mountain and it turns the helmet area into its permanent home. Many villagers say whenever we pass short distance to see the peak, we only managed to see slender tails that are protruding from the gaps.
