Sesame Yolk is similar to gruel in appearance. Regarding to this difference it is dark yellow in color, near orange, and also it is thicker than gruel.

This delicious dessert is consumed when it is totally cold. Some Sesame Yolks which are sold in market have some extra substance nothing more than rice flour.
Its producer's use some extra rice flour in this dessert because it is difficult and expensive to make it just based on yolk egg. Rice flour will increase Sesame Yolk's content, therefore we need less yolk egg.
