Niavaran Palace complex is a historical complex located in a great garden in the northern part of Tehran; it consists of some buildings and a museum.
The complex belongs to both Qajar and Pahlavi eras.
The cars which belong to Pahlavi era are the considerable significance of this museum.
They are different purposes for the establishment of this museum such as: Reorganizing several available relics in the complex, optimizing a system for the protection and preservation of those relics, placing the vehicles in the public eye, communicating youth with cultural-historical links and expanding more museum spaces for attracting more audience.
The museum used to be a garage for vehicles.
The exclusive cars of Pahlavi, small motorcycles belonging to Pahlavi’s children and cars’ maquettes are placed in this museum.
