Kazeroon placed in the west of Fars Province. Kazeroon has specific crafts in addition to numerous historical monuments. Dolchehdouzi is one of these crafts and visible in one of the Kazeroon squares today.
Mr. Mohammad Reza Paydar is one of the survivors of this industry who make this traditional container in a small shop in old bazaar of Kazeroon with 61 years old.
Dolcheh is a specific container for keeping drinkable water of people before inventing refrigerator. Dolcheh make of one year old Mashk. The old Mashk changed in terms of form by Dolchehdouz and create conic form with specific skill.
Dolcheh entrance is narrow with 5 to 6 cm width, its roof 25 to 45 cm and 40 to 50 cm high that these dimensions curve on wooden triple with different designs.
Dolcheh filled by water and put under shade to cool. The water inside Dolcheh is so cold and drinkable in summer season.
