House of Zinatolmolook is a house belongs to Ghajarieh dynast and is the only house in shiraz that its total surface has a basement. The beginning of its construction was in 1290 AH by Ali Mohammad Khan Ghavamolmolk and the end was in 1302 AH by Mohammad Reza Khan Ghavamolmolk III.
This is a beautiful castle in the old area of shiraz called Bala Kaft that today Lotfali Khan zand's avenue is passed next to it; it is located in the west side of Narenjestan-e-Ghavam with the distance of one alley to the Ghavam house.
It is said Mrs Zinatolmolk was the daughter of Ghavamolmolk IV, Habibolah Khan, was lived in this house and because of her kind and dignified manners, it is known as Zinatolmolook House.
The entrance of the house is mosaic and after passing a vestibule you will encounter a corridor with the northeast angle to the courtyard. There are two beautiful gardens with a big pool in the yard.
The wooden ceilings of rooms are decorated with different paintings of animals, birds and plants. Western building has a Shahneshin Hall with the marvelous mirror work and plaster-moulding .
