Golrizan traditional ceremony has been started in Iran based on an age-old tradition related to the honorable sportsman’s manners.
Iranians, from long times ago due to their sense of respect and altruism have been followed this tradition and consider this ritual as a God-given blessing on themselves so they hold it every year for God’s thanksgiving.
This tradition, which is based on chivalry and heroism, had been an honor for Iranians; also so many orientalists reminisce about it fondly.
What is significant for heroes in this tradition, is helping the poor by following the dignified manners of Imam Ali ( peace be upon him), the bell-owner calls sportsmen for Golrizan in this tradition.
