The park is for women with an area of 19 hectares. It includes some elements such as constructing a building for the statue of mother, landscaping, construction of waterfall, fountains, building 45-cm walls around the green space and two pavilions.
It has been specified only for women and women could be there without hijab.
There are also other facilities include: Hoora Culture house, mother's health house, archery hall, an outdoor amphitheater, cycling track and a station for reading a newspaper.
